Four Rivers is pleased to announce the latest release of TMS Enterprise 2008.3.4. This latest release contains many of the enhancements as requested by our customers.
Features such as a PM List view, random PM generation and the ability to delete and retire tasks are just a few of the timesaving features added in this new release. The ability to delete and retire tasks allows users to remove or retire unnecessary tasks from the system. The new Cross tab quick report shows data in a two-dimensional grid making it easy to make a comparative analysis. A user can generate PM results randomly from the query results. This feature will certainly help to ensure compliance with JCAHO standards.
There are also several other new features that will benefit our customers:
· Type codes for User Defined Fields – This new feature allows
users to have different user defined field labels for each of their
department types, which ultimately lends to more accurately defined
data.
· ECRI Institute integration – This new real-time interface
accesses the Health Devices Sourcebase and Universal Medical
Device Nomenclature System (UMDNS) and the Alerts Tracker
application from ECRI Institute.
· Formula fields for Quick and Advanced Reports – Include
calculated fields within the Quick and Advanced Reports. Users can
add and edit SQL Functions from a specified list.
· Tie a login to a resource – Users can now associate resources
with a User ID. This timesaving feature will automatically assign
Work Orders based on the user who is logged in to TMS.
· Email Designer Complete Reports – This new feature will allow
the user to attach Designer Reports to an eMail Report.
· Document upload to Asset Model – Users can now keep an
electronic filing cabinet of their documents by uploading them to a
particular vendor or model number.
And much, much more… So don’t wait – upgrade today!
