Harnessing the Power of Information®

While accurate data is a prerequisite, data alone is of limited value.  It becomes powerful information when it is combined and analyzed through readily available and accurate reporting, precisely where the TMS® systems shine.

All of the TMS applications come with over 246 pre-installed reports, and this number continues to grow with each upgrade.  While these reports meet the majority of needs for most customers, it’s impossible to satisfy every desire.

Every client wants to see their data somewhat differently.  In most cases, the included reports can be easily modified to fit even these variances.  When they don’t, however, most times our customers do not have the time or the knowledge to create or modify complex reports.  Four Rivers has the solution – our Reporting Services.  The professional Reporting Services staff can create and modify custom reports to meet any report need your organization desires.

Whether you are in need of a daily operational report, quarterly management report, predictive or analytical report, or an eReport that alerts you to situations before they become a problem, call on us.  The FRSoft Consulting Services can meet with you and use their industry and application knowledge to uncover you desired solution.  Whatever your reporting need, we can help.   The first step to a Custom Report is completing our Report Designer Form.  This form walks users through a series of steps to determine the data required on your report.

Alerts

Alerts, like eReports can empower and inform TMS users.  On screen Alerts provide immediate notification to users when there is a potential situation or problem when a record screen loads.  These can be extremely powerful in preventing user error and often saves the organization time and money.  An example might be an Alert resulting during the creation of a work order, advising the user that the unit is currently on an active service contract or under warranty.

As is the case with most things of power, they can be complex.  Such is the case with Alerts.  If users don’t have considerable knowledge of SQL statements, Alerts can seem quite cumbersome to write.  Many of our clients want to create or modify alerts, but do not have the time or expertise to do so.  Should you find yourself in this situation, please contact our professional Reporting Services group to help.
