The Contracts Module allows you to keep track of assets under contract, whether internal or external contract, including warranties.
Manage copies of your contracts by uploading them into the Contracts module, to be easily searched, printed, or just attached to their assets.
Using the Contracts Module in TMS allows users to:

query for specific contracts or assets under contract.

receive notifications of upcoming renewal, for better management decisions.

view the Work Order history of assets under contract.

keep track of rates and other contract information.
With the built in alerts system, you don't need to worry about a technician servicing an item under contract. When a Work Order is created for an asset still under contract, an alert will notify the user of that contract.
