Territory Manager
The Territory Manager is a member of the Sales Department and reports to the VP of Sales.
Job Specific Responsibilities:
- Exceed quarterly and annual quota.
- Proactively prospect for new core customers in assigned territory.
- Add to and manage a sufficient pipeline to maintain 3 times assigned quota.
- Demonstrate entire TMS family of products.
- Generate, deliver, and close proposals for new core business.
- Deliver accurate forecasts.
- Utilize WebEx for software demonstrations.
- Contact prospects who have registered for/attended Webinars.
- Work with Operations Department on accounts receivable issues as assigned.
- Work with Customer Sales Specialists and Services Department on the transition and successful implementation of a new customer order.
- Attend local and regional trade shows as assigned.
- All other duties as assigned.

Field Engineer
The Field Engineer will professionally and courteously
interact
with customers as they function as implementation and training specialists for the TMS Family of Products. The Field Engineer will operate
both
independently, and as part of a team with a self-starting attitude and the desire to learn and grow quickly.
This position demands excellent skills in organization, customer service, classroom and one-on-one presentation, and various technical skills. This position reports to the Manager of Professional Services.
Job Specific Responsibilities:
- Willingly travel nationwide to our customer locations to deliver on-site training and consulting services for the TMS product families and the associated report writing software. Adhere to FRSoft travel policies and expense allotments.
- Deliver clear and easy class instructions, communicate difficult concepts well, and maintain professional presentation skills.
- Deliver product consulting services to apply our application to the client’s needs.
- Deliver eLearning and eConsulting services, as assigned.
- Create and modify advanced customer reports using the TMS Reporting tools for Advanced Reports, Crystal Reports, and ComponentOne Report Writer.
- Support, install, train, and troubleshoot the TMS Family of products including but not limited to TMS OnLine Basic, TMS OnLine/OnSite Professional,TMS WorkGroup, TMS Plus, TMS Enterprise, TMS OnLine, iTMS, TMS 3.0 and their associated add-on modules.
- Perform on-site integration services for installing TMS and its associated add-on modules.
- Write, select, update, and delete SQL statements to modify customer data.
- Perform Call Center support as assigned, when not delivering on-site or remote services. Responsibilities include communicating with customers via phone, e-mail, and remote diagnostics to effectively identify, reproduce, and resolve customer reported application and technical issues in a timely manner. Support covers the TMS product lines, Business Decisions, Crystal Reports, ComponentOne, and other partner applications.
- Perform software testing assignments as directed by the QA department.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Two to four years experience in technical training delivery, preferably in a computer software environment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills with computer software.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Experience with IIS, COM Components, MS Access, MS SQL Server 2000, Windows NT/2000/XP/2003 OS, and Networking.
- Experience with LAN and Web based applications.
- Bachelor's degree, preferred in engineering, information systems, or computer science, but not required.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills & must be fluent in English
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Ability to understand, operate, and teach complex technical applications.
- Ability to act as a self-starter and work independently.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively (85%).
- Professional appearance and extensive presentation skills.
- Report writing skills a plus.
- Experience working in or managing hospital plant operations, IT or clinical engineering departments a plus.
- Desire to continually learn new technology and updated TMS product lines.
- If applicable, remote home office that meets or exceeds the FRSoft work at home standards.
