Standard Modules





The TMS OnSite application manages the work order process including work requests and customer surveys.  Its core functionality includes the ability to track equipment, movement, and maintenance history.  Many of our features are considered included modules.  The modules included within the application allow your organization to maintain assets effectively while maintaining optimum productivity.


Assets
The Assets Module within the TMS application stores all of the information on both your assets as well as the technicians that perform the service.  Information stored can include purchase date, costs, manufacturer, work order history, and other key information.


ECRI Institute UMDNS - Sourcebase
Standardized data is critical in order to record and search for devices.  It allows for the equipment to be located so corrective action can occur.  Using the UMDNS/Sourcebase module, users can search, classify, and tag equipment based on UMDNS and Sourcebase codes.  Our integration not only increases the efficiency of using TMS but also eliminates the need to transfer data between two applications.


Materials
Easily manage your stocked and non-stocked items used by your maintenance operation.  Use this module to generate transactions of issuing, receiving, transferring, as well as counting material items to keep your warehouse organized and accurate.  With the materials module, materials can be classified by not only type, but also category, sub-category, status, plus many other fields. 


Planned Events
Easily schedule planned events such as quarterly maintenance or other inspections using this module.  Keep track of procedures by scheduling them, providing necessary instructions, and even assign necessary resources.  Use this module to monitor and provide valuable resource utilization tracking and justification.


Procedures
Using the Procedures Module, organizations can store information on each procedure used to complete work orders or schedules.  Procedures appear on the work order and contain relevant details such as time estimates, materials required, and other specific instructions. 


Reporting
With over 250 standard reports in the TMS OnSite application, we offer reports that meet the needs of most any organization.  From Quick to Advanced reports, we make it easy for you to access your data.  In the event that you need a specific report, we provide you with the necessary tools to easily click and drag fields with no advanced skill sets necessary.


Resources
Easily manage contractors and employees using our Resource Module.  Track the daily activities and duties performed and allow these individuals to charge time to work orders, accounts, or assets.


Schedules
Create specialized work orders with a Schedule template.  Easily assign a Schedule to an asset, define the scheduling method, and determine which procedures are required.  TMS does all the work and generates the necessary work orders. 


Work Orders
Easily create and edit work orders, assign employees and tasks, track projects, charge time and materials, and view asset history.  All of the data entered and tracked is stored and organized for later tracking and reporting.
