Employment Process

Thank you for your interest in joining the Four Rivers team.  We have a detailed employment process so that both Four Rivers and the candidate can make an informed decision.  There are multiple steps in our recruiting process from resume submission to offer letter.  If your qualifications are validated at a particular step, you move to the next step.  It is possible that some steps may occur out of order due to availability.

Resume Review
When you apply for a position, our Human Resources team reviews your experience and qualifications.

Screening Interview
We begin by scheduling and conducting a 15 minute telephone interview to review your skill sets.  This interview is conducted by a member of our Human Resources team. 

Behavioral Interview
Four Rivers believes employees and a company should fit well together.  One of our Human Resources team members will schedule and conduct a 60 minute telephone behavioral interview to ensure a good fit with our corporate culture.

Departmental Interview
The hiring manager and other department members schedule and conduct either in-person or video-based interviews.  For our video interviews, Four Rivers uses SkypeSkype accounts are free.  As a candidate, you will be required to have a webcam.

Reference Check
We will ask you to supply two professional references.

Background Check
All of our offers are contingent on successfully completing a background and credit check.  As a candidate, you wil be required to complete the necessary authorization form.
