Easy Work Order Notifications

Pager Link from Four Rivers allows your organization to dispatch work orders to your technicians immediately and electronically.  Immediately after submitting a work order into TMS OnSite or TMS OnLine you are able to send it to the technician, wherever he or she may be, via alphanumeric pager using email messaging.  There is no need for a separate paging service; Pager Link uses email to send pages.  Technicians can remain in the field where they can be most productive.

You do not need to produce any paperwork since the data is already in TMS.  Also, downtime is eliminated since there is no need to wait for a technician to call or return to the office.  Issues will be solved quickly and efficiently - greatly improving your customer service.
