Providing a breakthrough in the process of continuous improvement, the TMS Survey Module facilitates the electronic creation, distribution, and analysis of surveys for a hospital's biomed, facilities, even IT and housekeeping customers.  Once a service request or work order is completed, the customer automatically receives an email with the updated work order status and a link to an online survey that you have created.

The Survey Module supports a variety of quick and easy answer types including:  radio buttons, checkboxes, and free form text and even allows for customized email invitations.  Users can track revisions, history, and also includes tools for analyzing the results.  With TMS Survey, managers will know exactly how their team is performing through immediate customer feedback.
