The TMS Dispatch Module assigns incoming service requests to the appropriate resource. Users can configure the main panel to select viewable fields and the queries shown.
Your dispatch queue contains work orders from a variety of sources including: requests made by hospital personnel via the hospital Intranet, requests from the Hospital Information System, and requests entered by technicians in the field. The TMS Dispatch Module also has a work order creation panel for service requests taken over the phone. All of your work requests are centralized in one location for easy dispatch.
Use the Assignment Wizard to simplify the assignment process with the ability to filter by skill and asset contact. Filters allow you to focus only on those resources that are qualified to handle the work required. Ensure that only available technicians are selected by using our Check Availability feature. Finally, dispatchers can automatically contact resources that are assigned requests either by paging them or sending notifications if they are using one of our Mobile Solutions.
