Self-Service Requests

TMS Web Request allows everyone within your organization to place a service request even if they do not have network access to TMS. Information is now delivered to your customers on the floor, where and when they need it.  The TMS Web Request module makes the tasks of entering your request, your identity, and your location quick and easy.

Web Request improves your service ratings while saving technician time. Your customers can check the status of work requests submitted, and TMS automatically notifies your customers via email if any work order has a status change. Web Request is Web-based and includes an unlimited number of service request pages; all easily created and customized by your TMS system administrator, no IS or HTML skills are required.
