Custom Tutorials
As a part of our Self-paced training materials, Four Rivers offers Custom Tutorials. Custom Tutorials allow customers to view pre-recorded presentations based on their organization's data and customized to their training needs.  This training method is great for organizations that have a need to train multiple people on similar subject matter or a repeatable task.
 
Custom Tutorials  
You select the topics and we work with your database and field labels so it is relevant to your end users.  The best part is.... our custom tutorials are great for long-term training.  Unless your business process changes, you can use these to train new technicians two months, three months or even six months later. Custom Tutorials:

How does it work?
Custom Tutorials begin with a consultation between Four Rives Software and your organization.  We determine the needs of your organization and the topic you wish to have as a part of the tutorial.  Once we storyboard/outline the tutorial a Scope of Work is created for your organization's approval.  The Custom Tutorial creation process begins and the tutorial is finalized for you to download.
