Data Entry. We will assist you in prioritizing the order and data requirements for the data entry of your assets.  As healthcare industry experts, we can provide recommendations on which type of assets should be collected first, from the most critical to the least critical as well as the key fields.  Our Data Entry Services can be completed using a phased approach which can reduce the financial and time burden on your facility while still helping you to reach your goals.

Asset Tagging.  During the Asset Tagging process, Four Rivers will tag your assets with barcode labels for easier scanning.  These labels provide information about your assets such as asset number, description, and location along with any other data you wish to associate with the asset.  Our tagging experts will tour your hospital tagging equipment so your organization can scan the equipment, gathering key data for TMS.  Four Rivers can also offer recommendations on the type of barcode label material that has the best durability along with recommendations for numbering strategies to make the collection process easy and affordable.
 
Manual Collection.  If your organization is starting from scratch it is likely that you will require our Manual Data Collection Services.  Our Implementation Team has the experience needed to quickly collect the data on your assets.  We will work with you to select the data that you wish to collect and even make recommendations on fields and field labels that will best suit your organization. Four Rivers can also work with your organization to scan assets that have already been tagged.
